"It is not often that you get a confirmation from your insurance company that you are indeed about to receive a sizable check. Well sizable is in the eye of the receiver. But anyway nonetheless this young lady called me to tell me that I am getting a refund from State farm that is fantastic she was so pleasant and so happy. She really made my day. In all my years of having insurance I've never had anyone tell me they want to give me money back on my premium I love it."

"After reviewing my policy i noticed something i needed more clarity on so i decided instead of calling to go directly to my agents office. Upon arrival i was immediately greeted with friendly smiles and directed to mrs lainey riders office. I could tell mrs lainey was most likely very busy but she took the time to review my policy with me and answer all the questions i had regarding my policy. I cant say enough great things about casey grangers state farm agency…. I highly recommend if your in need of insurance or thinking of swapping carriers to give them a shout."
